Guestlogix recently had the chance to attend the Passenger Experience Conference in Hamburg. Head of Golfdale Consulting, Gary Edwards, PhD, joined Guestlogix SVP of Product & Marketing, Robin Hopper, onstage for a presentation and panel about how to utilize passenger data to personalize passenger experiences, ultimately leading to increased revenue.

The two were joined by industry thought leaders from Airfree (Agnès Debains), Lufthansa Group (Edward Rowley), Viasat (Colin Sage), JetBlue (Mariya Stoyanova), and Thales (Jerry Thomas) moderated by International Flight Services Association (Lauren Costello). The panel had insightful discussion surrounding the innovations coming from airlines and technology providers alike.
