GuestLogix to Present at the Ancillary Revenue Airline Conference 2007 in Frankfurt

TORONTO, ON — October 31, 2007 — GuestLogix Inc. (TSX-V:GXI), the leading provider of onboard retail solutions to the airline industry, today announced that it will be presenting at The Ancillary Revenue Airline Conference, November 14th in Frankfurt (http://www.airlineinformation.org/conferences/2007_ARAC/ARAC2007-main.htm).
The first of its kind event dedicated to ancillary revenue opportunities in the airline industry is playing to a sold out audience of 250 delegates from over 75 different airlines, including low cost carriers.

Jim FitzGerald, Vice President at GuestLogix will deliver a presentation entitled "Taking Onboard Retail to the Next Level" which will delve into new thinking about optimizing onboard revenues and profits while achieving a new service paradigm. "The onboard retail marketplace is where the Internet was with e-commerce 15 years ago," said FitzGerald. "The airline industry can learn a great deal from today's successes on the Web to personalize and contextualize content and products to deliver a whole new passenger experience."

Non-ticket revenues from onboard retail sales are becoming more and more critical in the day-to-day operations and profitability of airlines. Some operators are even considering offering free trips with traditional ticket sales being replaced by ancillary activities. With hundreds of millions dollars already generated through onboard selling, carriers are aggressively seeking new content, products, and retail platforms to enable them to provide more saleable products and services. The ARAC Conference 2007 is designed to bring out the latest ideas and trends in the sector.

"The onboard retail setting is very unique as airlines are able to lock their doors with their shoppers still inside," added FitzGerald. "Most traditional retailers would kill for such an opportunity." With visit times averaging approximately 20 minutes in traditional retail environments that means even short haul airline operators can participate in GuestLogix' envisaged onboard selling bonanza.

GuestLogix will also showcase its Mobile Virtual Store™, the most proven onboard retail platform in the airline industry today. With coverage of nearly 300 million passenger trips annually the GuestLogix solution is being increasingly recognized by operators globally as their preferred onboard retail 'store'. The solution enables airlines to become profitable retailers serving captive audiences whose characteristics and needs change from flight to flight. The platform, which features an innovative wireless handheld and end-to-end software, helps operators realize new revenue streams by optimizing their planning and forecasting, facilitating onboard sales transactions and providing rapid intelligence to onboard retail trends to support merchandising, promotions, and logistics.
