GuestLogix User Group Conference: Largest Gathering Dedicated to Onboard Retail

There is something to be said about improvement through collaboration. With the largest and most diverse customer base in the airline industry, GuestLogix recognizes its unique ability to bring together many of the sharpest minds in the travel industry involved with onboard sales. As the Onboard Retail industry continues to grow as a key hub for airline profitability, a gathering dedicated to monetizing and enhancing the onboard retail platform deployed across GuestLogix’ airline customers will undoubtedly bring immense value to both the airlines, business partners and GuestLogix daily operations.

With its first ever User Group Conference being held on September 22 –24, 2009 in Toronto, Canada, GuestLogix is gearing up to play host to many of the world’s largest airlines and most influential travel brands. American Airlines, United, Alaska Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, US Airways, Southwest, Spirit, British Airways, WestJet, Ryanair, KLM and dozens more will come together for strategic panel discussions, brainstorming sessions, , best-practice sharing and yet-to-be-disclosed innovations from the GuestLogix team and other industry experts. The content of the two-day event has been carefully crafted through ongoing discussions with each of GuestLogix’ airline partners and will cover, in part, device tracking and repairs, crew motivation, inventory management, onboard payment methods and a wealth of revenue generation strategies.

In addition to the in-depth breakout sessions, highlights of the event will also feature a Partner Showcase Lounge where many of GuestLogix key business partners will be exhibiting their solutions and services, an impressive selection of airline executives and industry experts as keynote and featured speakers and an exclusive event, with Cirque du Soleil’s OVO will take place on the night of the 23rd.

While the airline industry is managing its way through difficult economic times and gearing up for a potential economic rebound in 2010, GuestLogix’ unique ability to facilitate in-depth discussions in a contained atmosphere will allow each of its airline customers to work with the GuestLogix Project Management and Product teams, and Customer Support Analysts to further align initiatives as we move forward together in our partnerships to grow new profitable revenues. Come September, the entire GuestLogix community will be flying high.
