Session Descriptions

  1. Support Best Practices for Service Consistency
In this session you will learn the ins and outs of trouble shooting processes; triage and support desk processes; available IT operational reporting; and how to best share common improvements across the GuestLogix customer network.

  2. Adding New Platform Functionality
New platform functionality is a constant at GuestLogix. In this session, you will discuss how to stay upgraded with the most current GuestLogix software functionality, learn new modules that are available today and give some insight into those that are coming tomorrow and the best way to implement common software modules. Inventory Management and Cabin Reporting are areas that will be discussed as well as open discussion between all Airlines. Understanding how to get new modules implemented into your operations as well as the processes involved when there is a module that every carrier will most likely want are key elements of this session.

  3. GuestLogix Software Release Process to Keep You on Top
In this session, the GuestLogix software development process is highlighted from when an idea is generated in the field right through to production, testing and finally implementation. The GuestLogix team will discuss how release cycles are set up and managed and how our Quality Assurance processes work. Also, each Airline will take a look at the number of releases done per customer and the total number of releases done within the past 12 months. GuestLogix will also highlight what we are doing to improve these processes.

  4. Device Management to Keep Your Onboard Store Ticking
With last year's introduction of the Asset Management System (AMS), the focus here will be the current and future device management and tracking capabilities as well as the new Device Self-Diagnostics. Learning how to use the tools available more effectively will come through interactive discussion among all carriers. There will be data review on repair statistics as well as a review of the repair process improvements currently moving into effect.

  5. Transmission Best Practices to Process More Transactions
This session will focus on a review of transmission statistics across our Airline partner base and will incorporate a full discussion on the best ways to spot and manage transmission problems. New improvements in performance monitoring as well as connectivity alternatives such as cell, Wi-Fi and cradle will all be discussed as well. GuestLogix' next generation technology will be disclosed here and carriers will get a chance to see how we are working to help you in this area.

  6. Support Best Practices for Service Consistency
Best practice sharing when it comes to service and support is a large benefit to being a part of the GuestLogix User Community. Understanding how Airlines are interfacing with GuestLogix to ensure that support issues are properly handled can help drive greater productivity. GuestLogix continues to work to improve our troubleshooting, triage and support desk processes as well as operational reporting and other common support improvements and will share new structure and developments to better serve our Airline partners. Understanding your concerns as well as what is working for you is key to our combined successes.

  7. How to Deploy OnTouch™
This key session is a step by step review of how to deploy the OnTouch™ Merchandising Platform. Whether OnTouch™ Ground Connections, OnTouch™ Box Office, OnTouch™ Shopping & More, OnTouch™ Minutes On The Go, OnTouch™ Concierge Everywhere, or OnTouch™ Ads, you will learn about the program methodology and specific key actions required to be successful in your new onboard merchandising strategies. We will review sample business cases and openly discuss best practices.

  8. Case Studies (OnTouch™ Ground Connections, OnTouch™ Box Office, OnTouch™ Shopping & More, OnTouch™ Ads)
As the OnTouch™ Merchandising Platform has been implemented into a variety of Airline operations throughout GuestLogix' partner base, specific case studies will be highlighted to give an understanding of the benefits of each of these new merchandising solutions both to your operations and to your passengers. Each session will be jointly hosted by a combination of GuestLogix personnel, OnTouch™ merchandising partners and/or Airline Representatives.
