Management Team

GuestLogix has assembled a proven management team with domain relevant experience in software development, supply chain management, airline management, retail merchandising, banking and payment processing, and business process transformation.

Tom Douramakos, President and CEO
Mr. Douramakos brings over 20 years experience in product and business development through senior level positions with AT&T, CSG, Manulife Financial, Sun Life, CIT Canada, and Silverline Technologies. While traditional Supply Chain Management companies have focused on logistics and inventory management, it was Douramakos's vision and goal to create unique market products with repeatable delivery processes that are based on a holistic approach to the challenges faced by guest services providers and their suppliers.

Brian J. Reddy, VP Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Reddy brings over 20 years experience as a senior financial manager with start-up, early stage and mature companies. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer at Honda Canada Finance Inc. and Vice President Finance at Hyundai Auto Canada Inc. Reddy is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Brett Proud, EVP Global Sales and Client Support
Mr. Proud brings over 20 years experience in supply chain planning and retail operations. Proud also has significant professional services experience in the information technology sector, including senior positions with Silverline Technologies, Mastech, Keane and Accenture.

Donald McDonald, Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions and Financing
Don McDonald brings 20 years experience in corporate finance and portfolio management and experience with multiple public and private companies serving as Chairman or as a member of the Board of Directors. McDonald has served as Vice President for various organizations including Comerica Bank, Vengrowth Private Equity Partners, First Ontario Fund and Marleau, Lemire Securities. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst with a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen’s University, Kingston.

Chris Gardner, Managing Director, OnTouch Global Merchandising
Chris Gardner brings more than 15 years experience in business development and financial markets. Prior to joining GuestLogix as Global Onboard Merchandising he was a portfolio manager with B. Riley & Co. and an equity analyst with Goldsmith and Harris. Gardner graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and became a CFA charter holder in 2001.

Jose Manuel Aldomar, Vice President Product
Mr. Aldomar brings more than 20 years experience in airline operations, passenger travel, information technology, and product engineering. Prior to joining GuestLogix, Aldomar held a number of senior management positions with Iberia Airlines. Aldomar is an Industrial Engineer graduate from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and received his Business Administration Certificate in Direct Marketing Management at the University of New York.

Jim FitzGerald, VP OnTouch Program Management
Mr. FitzGerald brings 20 years experience in the IT and airline industries. He came to GuestLogix after spending many years at American Airlines where in his last role as Director of IT he was responsible for implementing American's Onboard Sales program.

Josef Zankowicz, VP Marketing and Communications
Mr. Zankowicz brings over 20 years experience as a business and communications strategist in technology-related markets. He has worked with start-ups and established companies, such as Apple, Alias Research (now Autodesk), ATI (now AMD), Dupont, and Symantec. Zankowicz has successfully defined new product categories and grown concepts into leading business and consumer brands. His award-winning campaigns with products such as pcAnywhere, WinFax, and PhotoSuite achieved global notoriety through trade and business media coverage.

Tony Ashe, VP and General Manager Americas
Mr. Ashe has spent the last 5 years specializing in airline industries consultations and 'Buy-on-Board' solutions. He has worked with every major carrier team in the US and has significant expertise in POS Solutions and Business Processes. Prior to GuestLogix, and amongst his 22 years in the financial sector, he served 8 years as VP Bank of America Investments interfacing with bank channels and Wall Street.

Bill Strachan, VP Europe Middle East Africa
Mr. Strachan brings more than 20 years of International Business Development and Solution Sales experience. He has worked in a wide variety of sectors primarily Retail, Finance and the Airline Industry. He has worked closely with UATP and IATA and has held a number of senior and executive positions in the Software & Information Services Sector.

John Devins, Director Asia Pacific
Mr. John Devins has been in the financial services software and technology business for over 20 years with the latest 15 years being in card payments business. Prior to joining GuestLogix John was VP Sales and Marketing of a credit and debit card processing company. Devins has worked closely with all the major credit cards companies (Visa. MasterCard, Discover and Amex) to implement successful merchant programs featuring specialized card solutions.
